Round Tuit Plaque

So I've seen members posting a "Round Tuit" plaque and since I am admittantly a procrastinatior I would like to get one to hand in my garage. I have seen this one posted and really like it:

Any one know where I can get one. My google searches only yield wooden nickle size tokens. I was looking for something in the 8" to 12" size.

You could take that image to a sign/trophy/rubber stamp shop that has a laser engraver. They might even have something similar in stock or could order it.

Tried that as I said, most either lead to blogs, tshirt shops, or tokens. I haven't been successful in finding a plaque yet.
