I believe Shinn Fu is the OEM based off the Part Number, You can check with them to see if they can be of assistance or point you in the direction of Parts Retailer.

Hello Hiball,

I am at an impasse with my jack rebuild. I replaced the o-ring on the valve (small hole on top) and it began to work again, lifting my cars, but then I discovered another leak, coming out of the pump shaft. As you can see, I have it partially disassembled, but I cannot seem to get the large nut around the pump shaft to loosen, even a little bit.

1. what is the secret to loosening the pump shaft nut?
2. do I need special o-rings to finish the repair, if so, where can they be found?
3. any not-so-obvious things I should be aware of in the undertaking of this project?

Thanks in advance,
Len

1. Remove the unit from the frame and install it in the vise.
2. You either will need to find a supplier to secure the seals individually or purchase a kit from a online supplier.
3. When venturing into the Valves, Before just removing components secure the current position of the adjusting screws by counting the revolutions from current state to closed. Write the info down, keep the valve components in order. I would also fully inspect the jack for any issues that might prevent a reseal prior to buying parts.
