I was wondering if anyone knows of a site or store that would have rubber bumpers for things like pole jacks and stands of the sort to protect from digging into a painted garage floor. Any suggestions?

I am not expert but I have heard of people using rubber mats designed for live stock on their floors. You could buy one and perhaps cut them to size.

I think they are the conveyor belts used in mining or other industries.

I would just use a sheet of plywood. Since it would be flat on the floor, 1/4" thick would work for protection.

Are you thinking something like a "crutch tip" only in larger sizes? Have some, let me know what size it is you need, and I'll pull them out and look at them.
