If you happen to live near Milford Michigan, one of the local hardware stores, "Gilroy's Got it", has black Rubbermaid Roughneck indoor / outdoor garbage pails with lids on clearance for $2 a pail. These are good pails and are normally about fifteen bucks each. They are right in front of the store, outside, with orange $2.00 stickers on them. They had about 5 or 6 left as of mid day today.
