Running away to a new garage

I've decided to build a new garage so I can run away from the one attached to the house. and start over...

It has started as a 24x26; then 24x28 and now I think finally ending at 24x30 with 12/12 pitch and loft space above and a internal staircase.

I'm really thinking about doing my own foundation -- but with a short brick wall all around the foundation, I'm a little unsure how to do this. I'm decent at laying brick -- just need to pass code.....

I've been going through the forum here -- lots of good ideas on storage and garage set up.

I just finished building my own wood fired pizza oven - that's why I selected christopizza as a name.
