Running Conduit thru wall

I put up a 32x64x10 pole building this summer. I have a divider wall up to cut the building in half to create a 32x32 finished shop and a 32x32 cold storage side. I will have a service door and a 9x8 overhead door on the divide wall to move snowmobiles, atvs, etc from side to side as needed. I have the 3 exterior walls of the shop insulated with 1-1/2" foam between the outer pulins and posts and 6" batting between the poles. I will be putting another layer of 1-1/2 foam between the inner purlins before sheeting it with OSB, not that far yet. I have the service panel mounted in the shop side on one of the exterior walls. I plan to run EMT conduit on the shop walls after the OSB is up and painted. I do plan to put a few lights and outlets on the storage side at some point. I am wondering what would be the best way to get power to the storage side. I thought I could run a 1-1/2 conduit run out the back of the box, inside the wall, up into the attic and the over to the storage side. I plan to sheet the storage side of the divider wall all the way up to the ceiling, sealing it off to keep critters from getting up above the blow in insulation. If I go thru the wall above the attic insulation, then when I go thru the divider wall I won't have to mess with going thru insulation and trying to seal that. I can do it now since I don't have sheeting up yet. I could just run it on the wall and thru the divider wall, but thought the up and over approach would look cleaner and be easier at this point. Does this make sense or is there a better way to do this? Thansk!

I think I'm following you. I'd go for the cleaner look. Just don't sheet over any covers on conduit bodies (pull or junction boxes) when you close up the wall.

Right, I'd put a junction box on the storage side of the divider wall to connect to for the future wiring of the storage side.

You might think about having a sub panel in your storage side. In that fashion you eliminate having multiple home runs back into the finished side and its insulation. Plus, you only then need one circuit back into the finished side.

Post pictures when you are able. Sounds like a great building with lots of storage. Congratulations!!
