Running lineset through wall

I'm installing a 5 ton split system in my 40x60. The air handler is above the stairs going up to the mezzanine. The lineset will be run straight through the wall and down the exterior witch has vynyl siding. What is the preferred method to go through the wall. I was thinking of using conduit. I googled it a little and didn't really see anything specifically for this. The lines are on the back of the building and their is nothing but woods behind me so my main concerns are a good weather tite assembly and keeping mice and whatnot out. Thanks in advance

You could use this part to cover the opening and then seal around the lineset where it exits or get the matching line cover and continue down the wall with it

The back part of this screws to the wall and then the front part screws to the back

Unit might come with the sleeve for the wall. The cover as shown needs to be purchased.
