Trying to get started on 30x 40 here in north east Ohio . My framing guy is pushed back till mid october and I'm still having trouble finding concrete guy. I'm worried about getting started to late in the year . Does anyone have thoughts on that?

Framing doesn't matter but its works best to get your concrete in before the freeze/thawing of the ground starts. Even if it does get cold, the concrete guys will just put blankets on the new pour (should anyway).

Agree that the framing can take place in the cold, but the concrete does need to be above freezing for best results. Blankets or other methods can be used, but I think you should be OK if you can get it in, and have at least one week cure time before the framers get going.

I poured the last week of September and framed the third week of October, 2 years ago.

We turned turned on the floor heat the day after Christmas.
