I did my new to me house last weekend. Best product I have ever used...and I have tried several Here is what I did,

1. The material went way farther than I expected, 350 ft/sq first coat up to 500 ft/sq finish coats. I laid 4 coats to get the mil’s you need. It drys slow at 10% RH in Sparks NV took 6-8 hours!!
2. You will get solvent bubbles if you do not apply very thin. I used a microfiber 3/8” from Home Depot and it worked great. Back roll the material
3. I prepped the floor with spot degreasing followed by a floor buffer using up both sides of two 80 grit sanding screens. It took 4 hours of sanding to generate mounds of cement dust. I swept it up, vac it with water, then used the floor buffer with water and a green pad to open up the floor. Sucked it up with a vac. Last step was pressure washer and vac. It was clean.
4. My final comment is it is easier than epoxy, works much better on smoother concrete than epoxy. What a shine!

Yes sir, light Gray Semi Gloss, White ceiling then Pewter and Gray Cabinets. Couple more electrical outlets, pull down stairway, insulate ceiling and garage doors, add some hydronic heat off water heater to keep it above 40F. Pic's to follow.

It might be slippery, we get some snow in Sparks NV. Last floor I did at my house in Vegas I used the anti skid...I may add it in a clear coat if this is slippery. Letting it cure for a week and then will evaluate.
