My concerns go beyond a specific product. I am very shy to suggest either at this point and will be making changes to our site

Why don’t you just tell us what the issue is instead of being so cryptic? Can we infer that the product does not behave as it is supposed to and that the warranty and customer service is poor on the manufacturer’s end?

Libel.

The adhesion issues with Rust Bullet is not a big secret. Proper prep means a lot but they have had some issues with incompatibility with other coatings. Peeling, lifting, etc.

Their customer service basically says "our product is perfect, if you have a problem it's obviously something you did. Denied."

I can say this cuz I'm not a dealer or a competitor. I remember seeing it advertised over a decade ago and thinking TGTBT. It works, well, it used to work. I used it anyway and had some issues with adhesion back in the mid 2000s but the company back then took good care of me, once they figured out their "DENIED" wasn't going to work.

Great - I have 12 gallons in my garage. I just dropped ~$1700 on it.

I have not made any secret of my concerns. I have been very upfront about that. My concerns are my opinions though. I am not going to come on here and state them as 'fact' nor do I feel it would be fair to them.

Generally speaking most of my garage journal customers projects have turned out well. We have a lot of fantastic projects out there and it is completely possible we would introduce the product at some point. That said, at the end of the day it comes down to my name. Right now I am not willing to put my name behind the product.
