Hi all, after much research I decided to give this stuff a shot.. Great product. As you all know, this is the professional version so it is solvent based and much better quality (and thicker) than the water based version for not much more money. It's just harder to find locally. Prep is key. I spent many hours just in the prep.

- Power wash (3100 psi)
- Degrease
- Power wash again
- Acid etch
- Concrete patch and repair
- Epoxy
- Clear coat

Waiting several days between each step. We will see if I regret not grinding but I feel the floor was good with just the etch. I have a standard two garage which is about 500sq ft. I used a kit and a half and about gallon and a half of the clear which includes the anti skid. One good coat for each. One kit may have been enough but I applied it think with a 1/4 nap epoxy roller. The clear is a must do. For a little more money it really makes the floor shine and increases uniformity. The catch with the clear is it is hard to see where you have applied it during application. Looks great once dried. Very pleased overall and hope it lasts! Having a extra set of hands really helps. I was able to roll while my buddy followed behind with the flake.
