Rust stain

I have a epoxy/flake floor coated with polyurethane and some rusty water dripped off a snowblower and sat on the floor for a few days. The topcoat looks to be lightly rust stained and I cant get it out. I have tried 1:1 mix with CLR, hydrogen peroxide and it doesn't fully come out. It has lightened some, but is still there. Is this just something I have to live with or does anyone have suggestions to get it out?

Thanks.

Not sure about your application, but 'Krud Kutter The Must for Rust' has, for me, been far and away the best rust stain remover when used on concrete, steel, chrome, etc.

I had good success using oxalic acid (wood bleach) to remove rust stains from roof shingles. Not sure about your floor application.
