I have had two friends use the quickrete epoxy.. and it turned out great.. i am staying with one of them now and we are not that easy on the floor.. welding.. big mud tires... and though it's only about 8 months old.. it has held up good...

I hear ya. I can't move my jeep in until I do the floor. Will have lots of blood spilt in there come hunting season and mabe some tanning acids for the furs I shoot.

Using a recommended clear coat over the epoxy will typically give you a longer lasting and more durable floor coating. With blood and acids being a common occurance around your garage, I would go for the clear coat. It should make the floor easier to clean.

ya, clear coat will be used. I also avoid having to buy anti skid as that comes with the clear.
