Rustoleum Epoxy Pro garage floor - one year later

OK, so I've been using the Rustoleum Epoxy floor in my new garage for just over a year. I have three cars parked in the garage and use it for general maintenance like oil changes and brake jobs.
So far I see no change to the epoxy floor from when I first applied it. Spills are easily wiped up without leaving stains and there are no tire marks or areas where the epoxy has lifted. The surface has been very scratch resistant as well. I have no complaints about the performance of the floor coating at all.

That's good to hear. Did you spend a good amount of time preparing the floor before like an acid wash of any kind. I'm going to do my basement walls and the floor.

I first power washed the floor two times, swept the floor, power washed again, put on the acid solution that came with the kit, and scrubbed the floor. I again power washed the floor two times, and waited two days for the floor to dry. I then swept the floor one more time and applied the coating per the directions that came with the kit. I used two of the 2-1/2 garage size kits (from Lowe's), and had plenty of paint left over. The painting was the easiest part. I am pleased with the results so far. Hopefully the coating will stand up over time. I now have a total of 6 garage bays.

I did my garage with the rustoleum kit in 2007. Daily drivers are parked on it and light maintenance type work. It hasn't peeled or lifted at all. Got a few stains on it from different things I need to try and clean up but it's in good shape.overall

to Frank001. Have you been rolling floor jacks across the floor to jack up vehicles. Also did you (or someone)make your own beams. What size did you use 10 ft. wide each section, 2" x 12's x 6" or larger. I see you have no poles.

I don't have a picture of the box, but it was 2 part and said 'Rustoleum Epoxy Pro' on the outside. Purchased at Lowes.

I have two floor jacks that I use to jack up vehicles. They sit in the corner and get rolled to whichever car I need them for.

The beams are 6" x 14" LVL with length long enough to span from to front to back of the garage. The weight of the roof is transferred to the LVLs on vertical 4"x4" posts. The weight of the roof tiles alone is 18,000lbs.

Wow that looks great! And for the price you definitely can't go wrong considering the success you've had. Thats for sharing, this is on my short list.
