I have Drylock floor paint in my basement. It's been down about 3 years and held up pretty well.A few chips from the table saw but not bad.It is also water base.I did it because my floor constantly had the concrete dust on it and it solved that problem. It's not as bright as when first applied but you can always throw another coat on it to freshen it up.It's not shiney like epoxy but I'm happy with it.

They make a consumer grade and a Heavy Duty Commercial grade kit, I used the Commercial Grade and my floor is awesome, it cost like $100.

I was looking at this a few days ago in HD. I didn't notice there were two varieties. Anyone use the Heavy Duty commercial grade stuff?
