Rustoleum professional touch up needed..

Hello
After several years of very heavy use I need to do a little touch up work. Are there any products avail.?? It is all the way down to the concrete and I used a clear coat on top of the base coat when I put the floor down.

Try calling rustoleum, they may have a touch-up kit.
