Hello all,
This is only my second post (although I have read alot) and I am looking for some recommendations for garage flooring. Our garage (22x30) should be finished in a few days and I am planning on putting a finish on the floor myself to save some money. I have read separate posts on Rustoleum Professional and Epoxy-Coat. I figured after I did two coats of Rustoleum Professional and clear coat, the price would be similar to the Epoxy-Coat, and the Epoxy-Coat is only one coat. Three things that are important are:
1. durability
2. cost
3. ease of application
So does anyone around here have any recommendations of one over the other and why? Sorry, I research some things more than I probably need to but I want to get this one right. I live in Denver, and temps are starting to drop so I need to get this done soon. Thanks for your help/recommendations!
