Rustoleum vs. Epoxy-Guard - Please help

I've spent hours reading all the posts about flooring and my head is spinning. This forum is awesome and yet overwhelming! Anyway, I thought I would post my current situation and see if someone can help me. I have narrowed my flooring choices down to the following:

* No tiles, Race Deck, etc.
* I am on a budget, but I would like something that lasts
* I like the looks of a solvent based epoxy floor with heavy flecks
* I own a standard 20x20 two car garage. This floor won't see heavy use, except for the occasional floor jack. It's a new construction home, so the garage is pretty clean.

Questions:
* Which is better and how are they different? Rustoleum's Solvent-based Epoxy Flooring or the Epoxy-Guard from Costco.com.
* Is the Epoxy-Guard from Costco the same stuff on Epoxy-Coat.com?
* Is the flooring from Wolverine Coating a lot more expensive? It looks like good stuff.
* Is diamond grinding worth the effort or will acid etching be good enough on a new concrete floor (it appears to be sealed because it is very smooth)?

Thanks to anyone who can help me!

Here is some advice. Save yourself BIG money and have someone install it for you. Get quotes from all the vendors in your area. Check the BBB on them then, ask to see a prior job of theirs or a list or references. Yes on diamond grind otherwise I wouldn't bother. Seriously.
