Rustoleum VS Quickrete Epoxy

I'm looking to paint my garage floor, and have read all the stories on here. Seems like any epoxy will have problems if the prep is not good.
I have decided between Rustoleum or Quickcrete floor epoxies. Both are sold in local home centers.

Of the two listed, which one is the better choice. I'm leaning towards the rustoleum one, and want to do flakes and the clear coat on top.

Let me know what you guys think.

For the money invested, I had good results with Rustoleum on my last house. It was new concrete and I did not use the clear top coat but did use the flek. I abused it pretty badly with a Firebird restoration (jack stands, kwik-lift, dropping tools, jacks, etc) and after 6 years it looks okay but needs a refresh. The area that got beatup the most was where I was consistently working around the car and dropping wrenches.

I am sure the clear coat would have helped greatly too. But overall, for the money spent, I was happy with it.

If you look just to the right of the car you will see where the epoxy started to wear off...again this is after many years:

I live in Illinois. I used Rustoleum. I shows no wear in 2 years. Garage is heated and it gets a lot of grim in the winter. Still looks very good.

Whatever epoxy you choose, Rustoleum, Quickcrete, Behr, whatever, check the MDS to find out the % of solids of Epoxy. A higher number is better. A higher number will also have a shorter pot life - ie application time.

I chose Rustoleum solvent based for my garage due to the balance of cost and ease of application. I did two color coats and a clear coat.

If you drag something heavy and hard, like a car exhaust or machine or metal cabinet, it will scratch it. Depending on how many coats of paint you did, it may or may not scratch through. I have no scratches through to the concrete on my floor, but a few that scratched the clear.
