I painted the floorand I did not spend much money to do so but the paint has ..keeps leaving tracks in the snow.is there a sealer to put on or do I sandblast it off. I doesn't look bad but the dogs paws are really horrible you walk on the floor it leaves no marks I go outside and there are red footprints on the snow and paw prints

This is not a normal experience and should not occur. Either you got defective product, or it was not properly mixed, causing it not to cure. We suggest you contact your supplier for replacement product, but in our opinion it needs to be removed by grinding it off or using the proper chemical stripper. Putting more on it won't help since any coating can only stick to what is under it.

Once stripped also test the floor for moisture using the plastic sheet method, as in some installations moisture can cause this to happen.

The O.P. mentioned snow... Painting cold wet floors is a receipe for disaster.
Hard to comprehend that "it doesn't look bad"
