You aren't storing anything corrosive, are you?
We've had several threads about mystery corrosion that were ultimately tracked back to storage of corrosive chemicals the OP either forgot about or didn't realize were corrosive.
Things like pool chemicals, rust removers and even some cleaners are caustic, with any humidity the corrosive effect tends to spread quite alarmingly.
If not, humidity reduction would help, but it's generally expensive for an effective reduction.
As others have mentioned, oil or other products can retard corrosion for quite a while, to whatever it is applied.
However, what do you do for the rest of the building?
I don't recall what type of building you have, but what is whatever corrosive environment you have, doing to the other metals in your building, like structural connections, or the electrical wiring.
For corrosion prevention products, for shorter periods, I tend to prefer either ACF-50 or the Corrosion X product lines.
For longer periods of storage LPS 3 is nice as well as Black Bear Par Al Ketone (so long as you don't mind using gasoline to remove it

).
I wish you luck, hopefully you find a solution that is both easy and inexpensive.
