Just bought my first home and something caught my eye... 40x60 pole barn. I got a contractor coming to seal the floor. There are some issues (crickets coming from the field next to the barn) but can't wait to get all my cars in. Toying with idea of replacing the wood panel walls and insulation with spray foam and metal interior walls... maybe in a few years.

True... the barn is what I looked at the longest. The house is nice. It does its job well, but this is what matters to me. I can't wait to wait to get all my cars in here.

That might be the perfect sized shop. Big enough to hold a few cars for display but small enough to manage. With that wonderful new floor, I would sheetrock, panel or metal finish the walls for the whole package.

I'm leaning towards metal walls. I would love to do close foam insulation instead of what I got, but I probably won't do it. Probably will have someone come out this winter to get a quote. Not really sure who to go to for NE Indiana. I got some exterior issues to deal with too that I just found (dents in the skin and rotting wood).
