Thanks, I am storing a 2015 Rockwood Roo 21SS hybrid travel trailer and a 11.5 foot fishing boat with a Shorelander trailer, also off-season lawn mowers. After it warms up I will likely be moving in an Allis Chalmers "G" rear-engine antique farm tractor that needs restored. I just got everything pulled in hours before the first snows and below-zero weather moved in. It has a limestone road-pack floor and a concrete apron under the roll-up door. I used to pay for commercial indoors storage for both the boat and camper in the winter, but unfortunately they sat in the sun when not in use in the summer.
The contractor still has a few details to finish up, but those will have to wait for warmer weather. I will add interior photos later. Next year plans are to add a 30-amp RV outlet and lights in the shed, and use topsoil to slope the drop-off from the new fill. Also storage for RV accessories ( weight distributing hitch, grey water tote, sporting goods) and fishing tackle.
