RV temp house

[Island lot buyer]

I recently bought my lot on Anderson island pierce county .It has a mobile home on it already that need work and brought up to living conditions .I have a motorhome I want to use on my land for a temp housing quarters while remodeling this mobile home .The lot also has it's water and septic and electric already can this be done easily or legally

As I recall the weather in Pierce Country is generally moderate. With Air Conditioning a mobile home should work well for your purposes.

Welcome ! I know guy who has been living in his Motorhome for almost a year waiting to get started on a house. As far as legally goes I imagine it depends on your local city/county etc.
