This is for the older model. Thanks for the info though.
Sold at: Home Depot from January 2001 to July 2003 for about $100.

This is the second model I have seen recall info on, it was released on the dealer site on 6/21/2011. The other recall if I remember correctly was for a P204 or something like that.
either way, just trying to help everyone out, there is also a recall on the 1/4 sander too.
I have a P206 and I think mine is about two years old.

Believe it or not I have one of these drills. Called Ryobi and they are sending Fed Ex to pick it up. Thanks for this post....
