Ryobi 5" random orbital sander vs. Corner Cat?

I'm looking at the Ryobi One+ 18v sanders. There's the $39 round random orbital sander and there's the $29 Corner Cat. Anyone got any experiences with these to suggest one over the other?

A random orbital sander will leave you with a smoother surface and fewer sanding marks. What I use most of the time. I've never liked those corner cat sanders, I'd rather go with a 1/4 sheet basic plan sander, more versatile.
