The only Ryobi tool that has been a let down so far out of mine has been the dust vac. Very little suction and the dust bag on it fills up too quick.

I have several Ryobi1+ tools and I bought most reconditioned from Direct Tools.
- Have 2 angle grinders, one with a cut-off disc the other has a flap disc. They are great.
- the saw is pretty weak and has no laser light.
- finish nail gun, oscillating tool are nice. Their roto-zip tool with 1/8” bit not good, but just picked up some 1/4” bits so I’ll see how they work out.
- leaf blower is good for cleaning out the garage and light leaves on the drive but if you need to clear the lawn get the 40v model my kid has.
- weed whip works well. Chain saw is OK for around the house tree branches and stuff.

Been thinking about picking up their vacuum that looks like a tool box. My 12v tools are all Milwaukee.

I’ve got a bunch of their stuff and have had a bunch of it for years.

Never had any issues for diy use.

New favorite is the battery operated work light.

I have the drywall screw gun, has more features than any of the big names...put 1000 screws in so far, worked great, and was ridiculously cheap with 2 batteries around the holidays. Also have the P7131 hand vac and it also works great.
