Ryobi TSS120L sliding miter saw

Can some tell me if this is a sliding double bevel miter saw?

And is this a good unit ?

I'm looking to get one and don't know much about any brands. I have a gift card I'd like to use and want to get a good tool.

I'm a serious newbie and have started doing some projects around the house.

I have he Ryobi table saw already although I'm not brand loyal.

I'm looking to make a table for next to my bed to hold my Cpap machine and install some shelves and trim in the house.

Do I need a double bevel or can I easily get by on a single bevel? My first saw. Should I just get a double bevel. Look like about a 100 dollar upgrade to the rigid?
