S-K Dates

Can someone tell me when S-K Wayne became just S-K. Just picked up an old S-K Wayne ratchet 45170 pat. no. 2232477 and was wondering how old it is. Also have an S-K Wayne tool box. Thanks Jim

AA has SK Wayne from 62-69.

That patent date says different though.
