S-K, Or S&K ?

Some people say S and K when they refer to SK tools. Ive always just said S-K, like its written.

Does it matter? Is there an Official way to say it?

The original company name was Sherman-Klove, they created the "S-K Tools" division and the hyphen has remained part of the name to this day. S & K would be Sherman and Klove and while not incorrect as the company was started by both gentlemen, not an official name either. Most just use SK.

SK would be more correct and S&K could easily be misinterpreted as SNK when expressed vocally. How ever in my own case since my 1/2" socket set is from the 60's it is called SK Wayne after the Symington-Wayne Corporation purchased SK along with the recently merged Lectrolite Corp. and began naming the tools SK Wayne.
