S-K SuperChrome Set Gone Missing

Since March I've been working on a Craftsman house rebuild, cutting down old steel-frame casement windows and welding them into different configurations--making both smaller and larger windows, and doors too from them. I've set up my work area in the garage of the house, and it is lockable, so I've felt comfortable leaving my tools there at night. But several weeks ago the plumbers showed up and had to come and go through the garage in order to get under the house. A few days after that I noticed my set of S-K fractional wrenches was missing. It was a 10 piece set in a blue canvas/plastic wrap. I'd bought it new sometime in the early 1990's. The plumbers don't speaka da English and the Contractor doesn't seem to want to help.

So, where is the best place to get a replacement set? Best as in least expensive.

Those bastards. That *****. Such a great set of wrenches, plus they probably had some sentimental value.

Yeah ebay will probably be about the best value if you don't mind use. Maybe check the local pawn shops, as they might turn up there unless the d-bag is just going to use them himself.
