S-K tool warranty question?

Have picked up a couple of s-k wayne wrenches at auctions that have broken ends. Are these still under warranty because the company has changed hands so many times. and if so who sells them or will do warranty on them.

They told me on the phone that they will not warranty SK Wayne or SK Lecrolite but when I sent some in they did anyway. Someone else here sent in a SK Wayne ratchet and got it replaced as well.

Thanks guys for the info have a couple 1-1/8" and 1-1/4" that would be nice to get replaced.
