Curious...how do you take it apart?

the cap is held by a "C" clip, using a small flat tip screwdriver to push the to tabs of the C-clip, everything comes apart in 5 seconds. very simple. the tabs are in the notch.

Wow. Didn't know that. I guess that is a big difference between the knockoff versions (like my GearWrench) and the real deal.

It only has one black bit when I bought it, not sure what brand. it was part of a screwdriver lot I got off ebay.

by the way, I checked the internal parts myself, no rust of any kind and no owner's marks either.

well, since you are in VA, I'll ship it Fedex ground insured, which has much better tracking system. this snow can mess up shipping badly. just can't trust post office that much.
