S.S. Work table

My dad gave me a piece of ss from a restuarant table and I made a work bench out of it with scrap wood, check it out

Does it have plywood underneath or is it thick enough to standalone?

We have a restaurant chain around here called Qdoba. Every time I go there I look at the tables and want to take a few home. All of them are stainless.

They sell restaurant equipment all the time at an auction house near here. I keep toying with the idea of doing on of the shop walls with a couple prep tables and sink. They have some neat cabinets as well.

I wonder if you could use a deep frier for a parts washer?

I want the big three sink unit for a parts washer. First sink make it a scrape/ dunk tank. Second sink set it up with a recirculating pump. Third sink set up as a drain rack.

I also buy ss tables from our local restaurant auction place along with ss trays, baking sheets and bus tubs. All are very handy in the garage.

I have a couple things made from it here and there. That bench looks real nice, i like the geometry and the shelf height . I have a couple similar with galv tops on wheels we use real regular.

People give me stuff like that all the time.
