Dont know about tool stores but if you are in the market for bitchin hardware at great bulk prices dont miss blue collar supply. On top of "by the pound" hardware they usually have a great supply of one off stuff from the base

Thanks for the link, next time I am in Sac, will have to check them out, been wanting to check out the Sacramento Habitat for Humanity ReStore for a long time, the Roseville one is not bad, BTW.

I visited Blue Collar Supply today, it was worth the time to check it out + checked out the Roseville & Sacramento Habitat for Humanity ReStores, they both moved from their prev. locations,BTW. Thanks for the info.

Yeah! I agree with you engineboy... Blue Collar Supply is great store of all kinds of tool... Whenever I need any kind of tool I always prefer this store... I love this place... They have all the materials I need for metal fabrication... Excellent prices too! Huge nut and bolt supply... Scraps and full length metal stock too.
