Depending on how large you need to go, it may be easier/cheaper to get 3/4 drive sockets and a 1/2 to 3/4 adapter. While I have a 3/4 drive set, I use the adapter to put those large sockets on my impact wrench and torque wrench - like for the balancer bolt on my Olds motors.
Even some of the import companies have them. My old import standby Tekton has a 1/2" drive 1 1/2" six point socket for ten bucks. I know for certain SK 1/2" drive goes to 1 1/2", as well. They're out there. Spend a half hour searching company websites. You'll find a lot of them.

Williams (USA) makes a set WSS-23RC. 3/"8 to 1-1/2". Amazon if you are patient and use the Camels, or Tools Delivered.
If you want individual socket just download the Williams catalog PDF and browse to your heart's content. Note that they offer both US and Taiwanese sockets. US sourced typically have both numbers and letters in the part number, Taiwanese sourced have numbers only. Both are plenty serviceable.

I have Armstrong 1-1/2" socket. Of course they are gone.

heavy duty mechanics set from that deal last year came with one so I knew they had it probably of little use unless you’re near a regular or hometown store though.

I'm a Stahlwille Head (Own several wrench and pliers sets), but the sockets are rather pricy for us, US shoppers. PROTO all the way!
What’s with the othering? I fairly clearly listed a US source. We Americans can have good taste too!
(That said, I made a complete 1/4” drive Wille set from 3.2-14mm from open stock and had it shipped to the US from Mister Worker for very reasonable money.)
Nothing wrong with Proto, of course. If they’re substantially less expensive, even better. Also, there’s some merit in going shiny for AF and matte for metric. Makes them easier to distinguish.

This is really great advice, my Williams USA does the job,excellently, and also a bit cheaper than my second choice,Proto.

Not sure who manufactures them, but the Menards Masterforce brand has nice sockets and are reasonably priced.
