Use one of those jigs, lock it in a vise attached to your drill press table. Make sure you get it so the drill bit doesn't drag in the hole of the fixture. Buy about 5x more bits then you think you will need and a case of beer. You will be there awhile.... Not sure what you are looking to safety wire, but drilling holes in bolts for saftywire on a sportbike *****.... Last time I went to a friend that had a huge fastenal hookup gave him all the bolt sizes I needed and ordered all new bolts predrilled for about $50 was best $50 I ever spent! To bad I don't have that hookup anymore or I woudl offer it to yah....
