does anyone watch the "this old house hour"? and if u do, next time pay attention to tom silva when he has saftey glasses on and watch how he takes them off. i sent him and e-mail just the other and asked him where he got them and still go no response. does anyone on ehre know what kind they are?

You can get #3 and #5 lenses as well for plasma cutting, oxy/acetylene welding, grinding, etc.

Safety glasses only offer so much protection to your eyes - and no protection to the rest of your face...

For just stright-up safety glasses (for working in the yard), I bought these rather low-profile wrap-around ones from a Stihl dealer (they are marked "Stihl") and they are by far my favorite. No distortion, easy to wear and only $12.99. But made in Taiwan. Guess you can't have everything...
