My house was built in 1927. I wanted to tear down the old garage and build a new one.

After a series of contractors made offers( from $ 20,000 to $ 70,000!) I discovered that --because of changes in the codes--that if I tore down my current garage I couldn't replace it!

Thanks to the information on Garage Journal I've been able to rebuild my current garage and make it meet my needs.
