Sanborn Air Compressor.... any good?

I have a chance to buy a Sanborn 60gal 220v Air Compressor for $200. I don't know anything about it other than it suppose to work fine.

I can find no real reviews on them. Any input would be greatly appreciate. he is selling due to moving and no place to store it.

I've had one for almost 3 years and haven't had any problems. It's fine for home use. Might be the same as this. Menards Sanborn 2 cyl
They often go on sale for $399.

I bought a 60 gallon Sanborn in the mid-90's and it did ok. (Gave it to a buddy about 8 years ago when I found a used 80gal 2 stage) It doesn't put out a ton of CFM, but not any less than similar single stage compressors. $200 seems like a decent deal.

Have one in a shed where we do some work. It's been at least 15 years. Never any trouble.

The recent models seem to use the same pumps common with other big box type brands. (ABAC) Quality seems to be ok.

AS with many other good old USA brands, Sanborn made commercial duty compressors and now has Chicom big box units which are no better/worse than anything else at that price point; probably made in the same factory, in fact.
