I have a 20 gal/4 hp electric belt drive Sanborn/Coleman air compressor that I got from a friend but no owners manual. The pump has a small dip stick with a oil height indicator. My question is, does someone know if I should take the oil level reading with the dip stick screwed in or not? Thanks
