Building a second garage out back that will be mostly for storage, 24x30. I like the look of epoxy or other coated floors but every one I have seen is slippery when wet.

Do any have traction added? There are lots of fine sands (Sharkskin) that can be added to regular paints but will this work for the epoxy's?

I am a DIY and am looking for inexpensive.

Thanks

I'm in snow country and that was a big concern of mine. I doubled the recommended spread rate near doors and high traffic areas. Works awesome.

We offer included in our www.armorcladepoxy.com kits our ArmorGrip non skid. This product is a smaller particle size and therefore easier to keep clean, while still reducing slippage. Some customers like 'more' non skid and we can swap out for more aggressive non skid at no charge, but the trade of is that more agressive=less gloss/sheen=harder to keep clean due to the high spots of the non skid wearing faster and becoming dirt collectors.

Armorgrip gets mixed into the topcoat, while most of the other nonskids get broadcast.
