Live in NW, want to install a perforated Truelock or Racedeck garage floor, but unsure about floor prep before install ... very wet here, lots of rain this month, concerned if I wet the floor while applying B4 or equivalent it won't dry till next August! Are there alternatives to etching, such as sand blasting, or ? Would like to get it done now!

DAW: welcome to GJ and sounds like you are in my neighborhood. while i can't speak about painting or using epoxy on the floor since i've never used it i can say that most of the guys using Race Deck just pressure wash. some that use Race Deck actually put some drainage design under it if they live in cold wet areas so might i suggest reading those threads that talk about it. if you can't find your answers then just ask questions there is my best answer if you want to learn what others do or did.
i bought a bunch of rubber 3/4 inch thick 4x6 horse mats at Del's and not sure if any or all of them are still in business, but i did see somebody on Craigslist advertising pallets of them for $37 each.

Thanks for your response! I may just get a big fan to keep the moisture down ... when I bought the house the previous owner had put down rolls of vinyl to make it look like tile and the stuff just trapped in the moisture and it was a mess getting rid of it. So don't want to repeat the problem, that's why the Racedeck makes sense to me.

B4 is an option but not required. What condition is your floor in now. You really do not want to etch or grind for a tile floor.
We have thousands of our solid Supratile installs without sealers or under coatings prior to installation with no reported moisture issues. Also because our tiles are oversize (about 20" square) we have about 1/4 the amount of joints vs. 12" sq. tiles.
