Hello All. I haven't owned my cabinet very long. probably less than a year. I bought it from TP tools and I have the vac kit to go with it. I am so happy with it. I have in it their moisture absorbing kit to help keep the sand dry. Well I goes to use it the other day and nothing. I check the trap and the sand that came out was wet. It's good sand. Is there any way to dry the sand? Will it dry in time sitting out in the sun in a 5 gal bucket? I don't want to throw it out. I feel like maybe I should have changed out the moisture kit. Maybe it was spent, I dont know. Or maybe I need to take the sand out when not in use for extended periods of time. Looking for suggestions.

Stick a small electric heater or fan in the cabinet and stir the sand from time to time until it is dry.

to dry the sand you will need to spread it out thin on a sheet and let it dry with heat/warm
the sand in the bucket will only dry to a couple inches down.

you do not need to throw it out, you can get new and save this for when it dries if you are needing to use it now
