Do they make low pressure sandblaster with wond for small air compressors? I care less how it takes to get the job done longs it gets done. I know they make low pressure paint guns.

Kinda... They are called "Pressure pots" or "Pot Blasting". They are a big cylinder of air with your media in it so it increases your available volume. But if your compressor is not big enough to keep it full you will have to stop very often and wait for it to fill back up with air.

Out of curiousity, how big is the compressor you plan on using with it? What is it you plan on blasting?

If you are using say a pancake compressor and blasting say a standard propane tank, you will be looking at about 8-9 hours worth of work using that setup. There has to be a point at which you do care how long it is going to take.

For example spending 200-300hours trying to blast a frame of a car.

You can try it but your new blaster is going to run yah $100ish plus all the media you use. It also might take that little tiny Brute compressor out running it that hard. If I was you I would just take the parts somewhere to be blasted. Or pressure wash the **** out of them and put them in a bath as discussed many places on the forum to get rid of any rust.

For what you have I think the speed blaster is what you're looking for. There was a post on here by a member named Elroy about the speed blaster if I remember right.

No way in hell could a little 10 gallon compressor keep up with a speedblaster, it is basically the same as using a blow gun. How long will your compressor stay at 90-100psi with a blow gun hooked up wide open? 3 seconds?

The pot blaster will increase the capacity of the air system. I still don't think it would keep up with your little compressor but it would be more "doable"

That said the pressure washer option seems like the best option by far, didn't know about them!

It takes 7 seconds to drop to 90 from 120.

There is a spot in the handle where you would screw in an air fitting. The black hose that comes in the kit is cheap, but its about what you would expect for a $10 kit. When blasting I thought mine was messed up come to find the hose had torn near the siphon tube. I cut 3 inches off and put it back on the tube, haven't had an issue since.

If you have it sent to a local Depot the shipping is free

Blasting is what I do. 25 yrs. in the blasting business. I get stuff all the time that someone tried to do it themselves. In blasting....CFM. is KING. YOU NEED LOTS OF AIR....If your doing little bolts and such, a cabinet is fine. anything else, you are actually spending more to do it yourself. When you add up the sand plus the electricity, plus the hours of your time, it aint worth it....For instance, I do steel wheels for 15 bucks. I can do in seconds, what you could do in min. or hours....I do car frames for 150 bucks.. would take you a week....Try to find a local guy. you'll be way ahead of the game. I have a diesel comp....200 cfm....and a 600lb pot. I can do things so fast you can't believe it.....Yet if I want, I show people, that I can take the ink off a pepsi can and not wrinkle the can....Its all about skill and the right equipment.

Finally, someone with common sense!

Here is a link about nozzle size vs CFM requirements:

http://texasblaster.com/index.php?blockitemid=32

Basically, the highest consumer compressor that one can run off household current (7 HP, 32AMPS @ 230V +-) can barely suffice for a 1/8" nozzle, which gives you a "pencil eraser" blasting tip.

My advice is to farm it out...that's just my opinion...
