Save my garage

I am embarking on a major project in an undiscovered territory. My wife has been in this house for 20 yrs. The garage needs major help, the first thing is the sill plate is gone. I am not sure of the best way to jack up the garage to do the repair I have in mind. Need help and greatly appreciate your time.
