It's an error on Wayfair's part, not Sears. I let Wayfair know on their chat thing and the lady was pretty funny about it. See how long it lasts and how long it takes Sears to refresh their prices from the source :p

It's not an error.

It's a deliberate attempt to game the 'marketplace' system.
This product shows up first when you sort by discount, and is one of the few items when you look for over-50% off items.

Sears made a mistake by trying to become FleaBay or Amazon. Most people don't expect that they are buying from random sleazy buyers when the explicitly went to 'sears.com'. This is the item that shows up when you search for 'Craftsman Air Die Grinder' with the maximum discount category.

That's a bit cynical... putting the price at $12,000 would've still made it show up as 99% off, so why put it at over $15K? And at such a specific, odd price? Even putting it at a few thousand lower would still make it show up first when sorting it by biggest discount, and it's a pretty odd product to choose to "game" the system.

Seems MUCH more likely it was simply an error. Typo or glitch or whatever, I really doubt it was intentional.

I'm highly skeptical. I think it's more likely it was aliens.

In all seriousness Wayfair is a legitimate seller. They are a Google trusted store with 99% positive feedback, 4.5 stars. It's even listen incorrectly on their website.
