I have an el cheapo brad nailer that is sort of our favourite.It has a nice balance, nice magazine latch mechanism and feels nice to hold. It came with a refurbed hot dog compressor that I bought several years ago. paid $ 69 for the set if I recall. The brad nailer has shot probably 100,000 nails and just keeps going... until today, it stopped working and just blew air out the exhaust. figured it was a goner . took the head off & low & behold, the oring in the head valve has popped out of the groove. replaced it with a new one & also replaced the piston o-ring as it was very worn. Low & behold, it works again.
