Saving a Crescent dual adjustable wrench.

I have had this 8 & 10 inch dual crescent wrench for years, missing the jaws and everything else other than the main body. I found a 10 incher I would not mind parting out back in the early summer and today I put those parts on. Just need the 8 inch side now. Yes I'm cleaning it up with a wire brush and scotch pad on the angle grinder. I will blue the metal once complete. My Dad liked to paint the inlays gray so I will do the same on this.

Is that a thick carbon steel version? ie not Crestoloy.

It does not have crestoloy stamped on it on either side. It is very thick.
