Saylor beall 4500 air leak help.

I got a steal on a Saylor beall 4500 air compreasor , no motor , but with the big air cooled aftercooler for $100. I got the new motor and .motor starter for it and it works great . Being a picky person I wanted no leaks on it . So out comes my bottle of soap solution and it leaks air at the gasket on the head/ valves surface , at both gaskets at the intercoolers and at the 4 holes where the valves go , plus at a big check valve . Can i get a garloc sheet and make my own replacement head gasket and intercooler gaskets ? The hard part seams like the valve seals or gaskets are round and would need to be factory ordered ?

120 gallon tank pumped to 120psi will be down to 30 psi in 48 hours . Takes about 4-5 minutes to fill .

My compressor is leaking also and I've checked every connection, drain valve, pressure switch and it's only a 20 gallon leaks to 1/2 from 110 psi in 24 hrs

I got all the leaks fixed in the piping . Mostly was the large check valve , now it holds at 120 psi for a week and not moving at all . Now I just need to correct the head leaks while pumping, and valve leaks

looks like the copper gasket/o-ring is either toasted or not there

When you state "check valve" you ARE referring to the tank check valve...correct? If it goes south, pressure will continue bleeding from the air valve bleeder hole on the centrifugal unloader.

No theres a big 1-1/4 one that's right after the head output and before the air cooled aftercooler.

Like this , the leak i had was the bottom cap was loose.
